The scientific and production association Alkor was created in July 1991 at a large defense institute on the basis of a unit for the development, production and operation of measuring complexes.
Today, NPO Alkor is the leader of the domestic market in the following areas:
- development, production, installation and service support of complexes for integrated monitoring of the technical condition of hazardous production facilities, including for oil refining, petrochemical and chemical industries
- development, production and service support of mobile and portable acoustic emission diagnostic systems
