Automated Filling system (AFS)

ASN-V is designed for top sealed dispensing of light petroleum products into tank trucks of various capacities. The discharged petroleum product is measured directly by volume. Petroleum products are filled by metering units through consoles of the top sealed filling. Top filling into a tank truck is carried out through the filler neck of the tank and involves opening the hatch, therefore the top filling is not sealed, but sealed. For filling, a device of the ASN type is used, which does not require precise positioning of the tank directly under the filling device. Lifting the operator to the service platform with subsequent transfer to the tank truck necessitates the adoption of special safety measures to protect the operator when working at height. The bottom loading system is completely sealed, which completely eliminates product loss due to evaporation of the steam-air mixture. It also allows for simultaneous filling into several compartments of the tank, which significantly saves the downtime of the tank truck under filling. The bottom loading system is the most widely used from the point of view of fire, environmental safety, labor protection, and also based on the economic benefits obtained during its operation.
