Electromash LLC produces complex pumping equipment – pumping stations “Cascade”. Pumping station “Cascade” with automated control system based on electric pump units and electric pumps of own production, is designed for pumping oil products with viscosity up to 10-4 m2/s (100 cSt) with solid suspended particles content in quantity not exceeding 0.2% and size not exceeding 0.2 mm, at ambient temperature from -40 to +50 оС. Upon separate order pumping stations “Cascade” are manufactured on the basis of any type of pumps: K, KM, KMS, D, CG etc. with corresponding permits, as well as HL version in heated block-box.
Overview:
The pumping station "Cascade" consists of the following main components:
- pumping unit;
- field data collection controller;
- control cabinet for the "Cascade" station with a controller for controlling and protecting the pumping unit.
