Centrifugal pumps for water D, 1D, 2D, 4D, VD

Design. Centrifugal horizontal single-stage pumps D, 1D and 2D have a two-sided semi-spiral supply of the pumped medium to the impeller, as well as a spiral outlet.
The pump body connector is located in the horizontal plane. The suction and pressure pipes are located in the lower part of the body, so disassembly and replacement of rotor parts is possible without disconnecting the pipeline and dismantling the engine.
The rotor drive is carried out through an elastic sleeve-and-finger coupling from an electric motor. The rotor supports are radial or radial-thrust bearings. Balancing of axial forces occurs due to the double-entry impeller.
Shaft leaks are eliminated by using double gland seals.

Type. D pumps are horizontal, single-stage, double-entry with semi-spiral liquid supply to the impeller.

Material of flow part parts: grey cast iron
Pumped medium: clean water, hot water, sea water, chemically active media.

For example: 1D200-90 a-t-A-E-U 2 TU-2606-1510-88 , where:
1 - first pump upgrade;
D – double entry pump;
200 – feed, m3/h (in nominal mode at nominal rotation speed, for the basic version by impeller diameter);
90 – pressure, m (in nominal mode at nominal rotation speed, for the basic version by impeller diameter);
a - index of turning of the impeller:
m - enlarged,
a or b – reduced impeller diameters.
t - shaft seal type:
no designation – double seal,
t - single end.
Design by flow part material (housing parts/impeller):
no designation – grey cast iron (SC 25),
PKP - gray cast iron with anti-corrosion coating of the flow part of the body and cover;
A - carbon steel (steel 25L),
K - chromium-nickel steel type 12X18N9T.
B- bronze impeller
Performance Index:
E - for pumps (units) intended for use in explosion- and fire-hazardous production facilities according to GOST 31839-2012. For general industrial pumps, the index is not indicated.
