The SIGVA DP-16 peristaltic dosing pump based on the NP-16 peristaltic pump is designed for volumetric dosing of viscous products prone to stratification and viscous products with inclusions, into containers of various sizes and shapes. It is equipped with the NP-16 dosing pump, which feeds the packaged product from the supply container. The dispenser is used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, perfumery and cosmetology industries. It is used for packaging liquid and viscous products. The principle of operation of the dispenser is as follows: the operator takes an empty container and places it on the table, presses the remote control pedal, the dosing pump is turned on and the dosing cycle begins, which is set by the timer. After the specified period of time has been worked out, the dosing pump is turned off. Then the operator removes the container and places the next one. It is possible to use the dispenser together with electronic scales that have an output relay that is triggered by a specified weight. After reaching the specified "net (gross) weight" in the scale control circuit, a signal is generated for the control unit, the dosing pump is switched off. Then the operator removes the container from the scale and places the next one. Possible applications: Depending on the product being dosed, tubes resistant to acids, alkalis, and abrasives are installed in the dosing pump. If necessary, as the tube wears out, it can be easily and quickly replaced manually. The product pouring speed is set using the control unit.
