Description:
Single-speed asynchronous electric motor with squirrel-cage rotor type DASK-132-12UKHL4 is designed to drive piston compressors of the VP3-20/9, VP-20/8, 103VP-20/8 brand, etc. It is designed to operate from an AC network with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 380 V. It is supplied complete with control cabinets.
Overview:

The control circuit ensures starting of the DASK-132-12UKHL4 electric motor directly from the control cabinet and remotely. Climate performance type – UHL4, O4. Nominal operating mode – continuous S1. Engine design – IM5210. Cooling method – IC01, control cabinets – in natural air circulation mode. Protection class – IP00, control cabinets – IP10.

The DASK-132-12UKHL4 electric motor is started directly from full network voltage with the compressor unloaded. The interval between starts is not less than twelve minutes. The number of starts per year is 1200, the number of starts during the service life is 24000. The insulating materials of the stator winding are of heat resistance class not lower than "B". The insulation of the stator winding is thermosetting type "Monolith-2". The terminal ends of the stator winding are brought out to the terminal panel located on the frame and closed with a casing.

The stator winding phase connection is a star. The stator winding temperature is controlled by three thermistors built into the stator winding. It allows for right and left rotation directions. The rotation direction is changed from a standstill. The compressor electric motor DASK-132-12UKHL4 replaces the previously manufactured electric motor DSK12-24-12.
