The stationary compressor unit K30M1/10 of the "tandem" series is structurally two basic compressor heads of the C415M model, installed on one horizontal receiver with a volume of 500 liters. Each head has its own drive (an electric motor with a capacity of 7.5 kW and a belt drive), a fence, a discharge pipeline, and a pressure relay.

Overview:

The units are manufactured for connection to a three-phase four-wire network with a voltage of 380V , 50Hz .
The transmission from the engine to the crankshaft of each head is carried out by two V-belts.
The units are available in three versions : for a working pressure of 0.7 MPa; 1.0 MPa; 1.3 MPa and a pumping capacity of 2.0 ^m3 /min ; 1.82 ^m3 /min ; 1.64 ^m3 /min , respectively.
The overall dimensions of the unit are no more than 200 x 76 x 150 cm , weight 530 kg .

The tandem series compressors provide higher performance indicators with relatively small unit dimensions, are characterized by increased reliability due to a smaller number of start/stop cycles compared to single-compressor units, and continue to operate in the event of failure of one of the compressor heads.
Pressure control is provided by relays from leading global manufacturers, tested at the factory through long-term resource tests.

The compressor head is cooled by the air flow created by the blades of the flywheel fan.

To reduce vibration during operation of the KZ0M1 unit, rubber supports are provided.
The installation provides for the operation of one head if there is no need for greater productivity.
