Hydraulic Drilling rig URB-2NT

The self-propelled drilling rig on a crawler chassis URB-2NT is designed for vertical and inclined drilling of geophysical, structural-search mapping and exploratory wells for oil and gas by rotary method, with flushing, blowing of the bottomhole or augers, in areas accessible for tracked transport. All mechanisms included in the exploratory drilling rig are mounted on their own frame attached to the frame of the skidding tractor and are driven by its engine. The rig has a rotary head with a hydraulic drive moving along the mast, which is used in the process of: drilling, building up drill pipes without tearing the rock-cutting tool from the bottomhole and, together with the hydraulic lift, performs the work of lowering and lifting the tool and its feed during drilling. The rotary head is also used for screwing and unscrewing drill pipes, due to which there is no need for special mechanisms for this purpose. The control of the unit is fully hydraulic, including lifting and lowering the mast, and is concentrated on the control panel. The design of the drilling machine provides for the possibility of drilling wells with cleaning the bottomhole by flushing or blowing (including pneumatic hammers), for which a drilling pump or an autonomous compressor is used, as well as auger drilling.
