Automated Drilling rig Control system
The ACS BU provides diagnostics of elements, providing data on the state of instrumentation, remote stations, electric drives and other electrical equipment. If a faulty element is detected, the ACS BU informs about the probable cause of the malfunction and provides recommendations for its elimination. The built-in ACS BU "black box" function with a recording of the operator's actions ensures an objective analysis of any incidents and identification of the causes of their occurrence. The built-in 3-mode bit feed regulator (by speed, load and pressure) ensures drilling in automatic mode in the entire depth range. The automated control system for drilling rigs is compactly placed in one block of transport dimensions.
ACS capabilities:
The automated control system for drilling rigs (ACS BU) ensures the exchange of data and interlocks with the VSP, BKK, DES, KRU, SKPB, TG fire alarm systems, and also transmits information to the Customer's control center.
The control unit integrates heating, ventilation (if necessary, air conditioning), fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems, LED lighting. It can be placed on a car semi-trailer.
The ergonomics of the equipment ensures convenient maintenance. The cabinets of the NKU module are manufactured according to all norms and standards, all equipment in the cabinets is provided with color, text marking, single-line diagrams, which facilitates the operation of the equipment and eliminates erroneous connections during reassembly. Diagnostics of the elements of the drilling rig control system allows you to quickly identify and eliminate malfunctions of a particular element of the system, which significantly reduces downtime up to its elimination.
A single container can accommodate elements of 6 kV and 0.4 kV power supply systems, a power transformer, a KSO cell, a connector panel, an electrician’s compartment and other electrical equipment.
Built-in data archiving allows you to analyze the parameters of drilling rigs and develop the optimal technology for further work.
