Separate Subdivision of PJSC "Uralkhimmash" in Glazov
At the request of the Customer, the company carries out installation, installation supervision and commissioning.
The plant has permission from Rostekhnadzor of Russia for the design and manufacture of equipment for explosive, toxic and aggressive environments of chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, pulp and paper industries, for the manufacture and repair of vessels operating under pressure up to 10 MPa.
In 2009, the plant received permission to manufacture equipment for nuclear power plants according to III and IV safety classes.
In 2011, new types of products were mastered and put into serial production: column equipment, two-layer steel products, production of tank containers.
The plant operates a modern bogie-hearth thermal furnace, which has no analogues in the Udmurt Republic.
In 2014, the plant successfully confirmed the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001: 2008.
A necessary and priority is the quality policy of the plant.
OP PJSC "Uralkhimmash" in Glazov provides high quality products, thanks to its own laboratory of non-destructive testing, which has a certificate of certification in the Rostekhnadzor system, as well as a laboratory of chemical analysis and metallography, accredited in the Rostechnadzor system. During production, a multi-stage quality control is applied: a thorough check of the materials and components used, quality control of units at each stage of assembly.
The company's management considers it important to ensure transparency for the Customer in the production of products. Monitoring is carried out on an ongoing basis of the progress of manufacturing products with the provision of the necessary reporting materials to the Customer.
