- Support frame 100 mm high made of 2-3 mm thick steel.

Construction of sound-heat-insulated panels
- High quality hermetic seal.
- Sealing the joints with polyurethane sealant prevents air leaks on the body.
- Galvanized sheet steel in standard design or with polymer coating. Hygienic design equipment can be made of stainless steel.
Unique case design
- SYSTEM BLOCK CASES are manufactured without the use of an aluminum or steel supporting frame; the body is self-supporting.
- CASING WALL MATERIAL, inside and outside the unit - galvanized stainless steel or powder-coated steel with a thickness of 1 mm or 1.5 mm.
- PANELS AND CASINGS OF UNITS are assembled using elastic seals.
- IN THE INSTALLATIONS ONLY STEEL PARTS ARE USED; there are no joints between steel and aluminum parts that create a galvanic pair.
- THE BODY PANELS are filled with non-combustible mineral wool, 50 mm thick.

A unique energy-independent anti-freeze system, protected by a patent of the Russian Federation, allows the equipment to be used in the conditions of the Far North without the risk of the heater freezing.

Air conditioning systems "ZEUS" are produced in versions according to their purpose: supply, exhaust, supply and exhaust.
Supply and exhaust systems are designed for simultaneous supply and removal of air from the premises. In supply and exhaust systems, it is possible to use recuperators to utilize residual heat.
The air conditioning system of the "ZEUS" series includes technical means for preparing, mixing and distributing air, preparing heat and cold, recuperation in accordance with the technical specifications; automation, remote control and monitoring integrated into the system, as well as technical means for cooling and heating supply, supplied additionally or as a complete set in accordance with the order.
APPLICATION SCOPE
The units can be used in various climatic conditions, from arctic to tropical. The unique design of the housing allows for various designs of air conditioning systems: outdoor, marine, hygienic, explosion-proof.
PURPOSE
Air conditioning systems "ZEUS" are designed for processing and preparing air in rooms and for creating and maintaining in them:
established standards of permissible conditions of the air environment, if they cannot be ensured by simpler means;
artificial climatic conditions in accordance with technological requirements inside the premises or part of it all year round or during the warm or cold period of the year;
optimal hygienic conditions of the air environment in production facilities;
optimal conditions of the air environment in the premises of public and residential buildings, administrative and multifunctional buildings, as well as auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises and organizations.
