PURPOSE Submersible screw twin pumps type EVN 5 and units based on them are designed to pump formation fluid of increased viscosity from oil wells with a nominal casing column diameter of 146 mm according to GOST 632-80. Minimum internal diameter - 121.7 mm. The content of mechanical impurities in the pumped liquid is no more than 0.8 g / l, free gas at the pump intake by volume is no more than 50%, water is no more than 99%. The maximum liquid temperature in formation conditions is 343 K (70 ° C) for pumps with 2D-405 rubber collars. The maximum viscosity of the liquid in formation conditions is 1 × 10-3 m2 / s. DESIGN The unit consists of a pump, an electric motor with hydraulic protection, a current supply line with a cable entry coupling, a control station, and a transformer. The pump consists of two pairs of working bodies (a collar with screws) with the right and left direction of the spiral, two eccentric couplings, a base with heels made of siliconized graphite, an overrunning clutch, a safety valve and body parts. A safety valve is located in the upper part of the pump. The valve type is specified when ordering. In pumps of version K, a special attachment is used, installed between the protector and the electric motor, which prevents the clay solution from entering the starting clutch area. The submersible pump unit is lowered into the well on tubing. A cable is attached to the pipes with special belts. The electric motor is started through a complete device. When the unit is operating, the torque is transmitted to the working screws through the protector shaft, starting clutch, drive shaft and eccentric couplings of the pump. Liquid is sucked through filters simultaneously by the upper and lower screw pairs. Two pairs of working bodies (a collar-screw) operate in parallel and create the pressure necessary to lift the liquid to the surface. The pump flow rate is equal to the sum of the flows of the two working pairs, and the pump pressure is equal to the pressure of each working pair.
