Overview:
Electric pump units of the "KS" type - centrifugal, condensate, horizontal, multi-stage are designed for pumping condensate in steam networks of thermal power plants operating on organic fuel, as well as liquids similar to condensate in viscosity, chemical activity and content of solid particles. Condensate must have
hydrogen index pH 6.8...9.2 and should not contain solid particles larger than 0.1 mm and a concentration of no more than 5 mg/l.
The temperature of the pumped liquid is 398 K (+125 C).
The pressure at the inlet to the electric pump is more than 0.39 MPa (4 kgf/cm2).
The pump shaft seal is a double gland seal.
