Pumps "4KS" Condensate

Electric pump units of the "4KS" type - centrifugal, condensate, horizontal, multi-stage, sectional type - are intended for pumping condensate in steam-water networks of thermal power plants operating on organic fuel, as well as liquids similar to condensate in viscosity, chemical activity and content of solid particles. Condensate should have a hydrogen index pH 6.8...9.2 and should not contain solid particles larger than 0.1 mm and a concentration of more than 5 mg/l.
The temperature of the pumped liquid is no more than 398 K (+125 C) with a double soft seal, up to 413 K (+140 C) with a mechanical seal.
The pressure at the inlet of the electric pump is no more than 0.39 MPa (4 kgf/cm2) with a double soft seal, no more than 0.98 MPa (10 kgf/cm2) with an end seal for
4Ks 12-50, 4Ks 20-50, 0.49 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) with end seal for 4Ks 12-110, 4Ks 20-110.
The material of the solid parts is grey cast iron.
The pump shaft seal is a double gland seal, single end seal.
