Column Mounted jib crane
The crane consists of a column, a console and a lifting mechanism called a hoist. Manual and electric hoists are produced in Russia, Germany, and Bulgaria. This type of crane stands out due to the presence of a console along which a trolley with a lifting device moves.
There are two types of crane execution: standard and specialized . Specialized implies resistance to chemicals, fires, etc.
There are two types of console cranes: stationary and mobile . Any of these types of cranes is capable of mechanizing transport operations within the service area, and the rotation angle can be circular (depending on the configuration). An electric drive is installed on console cranes, and a hoist is installed on crane beams. To move the hoist, either an installed mechanism or a rope traction is used, which leads to a winch on the console.
The following parameters are standard for column mounted jib cranes:
Boom radius : 2.5 - 5 m Lifting height : up to 4 m
