Functions of single girder gantry cranes

The bridge design divides the gantry-type equipment into two types: a gantry crane with a single-girder bridge and a double-girder bridge. A crane with one crossbeam has a simple and reliable design. It includes a beam, two supports, a cantilever trolley and a lifting mechanism. Control is possible from the remote control or from the cabin. The single-girder model is especially relevant for rooms where it is impossible to use the ceiling or wall as a support.

The use of a frequency-controlled drive allows for increased reliability of electrical equipment, increased productivity, and reduced wear.

Ensuring security

All cranes are equipped with safety equipment: sound signal, crane and crane trolley travel limiter, anemometer.

Factory tests

After the final assembly of all mechanisms, the crane is placed on the assembly stand simulating the Customer's crane runway. The crane is fully assembled, the electrics are connected, all mechanisms undergo factory tests in idle mode without load. Based on the results of the checks, the corresponding factory test reports are drawn up.
