Automatic gas fire Extinguishing Systems MPH
The fire extinguishing agents used in the MPH gas fire extinguishing modules are gas fire extinguishing agents (GOTV) Genius TM 1230) Khladon 125, Khladon 227ea, Khladon 318C. The fire extinguishing composition is stored in modules under the pressure of nitrogen displacing gas.
The basis of the MPX module is:
- Shut-off and starting device (SSD)
- stamped and welded high pressure cylinder
- submersible aluminum pipe
The MPX modules use ZPUs with nominal bore diameters of Dn33 and Dn50, a built-in or external electromagnetic valve, a conventional or electric contact pressure gauge, and a safety membrane. All ZPUs undergo multi-stage quality control, acceptance tests, and comply with all international and Russian standards during the production process.
Cylinders for MPH modules are manufactured by ASPT Spetsavtomatika according to certified technology (NAKS) on automatic welding machines, all components are made of 09G2S steel, welded joints (seams) are checked by visual, ultrasonic and capillary control methods, 100% of finished cylinders are subject to hydraulic tests with a pressure of at least 10.0 MPa (100 bar). Cylinders are certified according to TR CU 032/2013.
Gas fire extinguishing modules MPH are distinguished by their increased reliability and can be used at particularly complex facilities, including nuclear power plants, heavy and chemical industry facilities, and oil and gas sector facilities. The large size range of MPH modules allows them to be used to build technically complex systems with extended piping, while minimizing the metal consumption of the system, ensuring the highest degree of reliability of the gas fire extinguishing system.
The operation of the MPH modules occurs in two modes:
- storage mode of GOTV (standby mode)
- module operation and release mode of the GFCS (active mode)
In standby mode, the module is filled with GFCS, installed at the facility and connected to the automatic control and monitoring system.
In active mode, the ZPU opens when an electrical, pneumatic or mechanical impulse is applied, releasing the GFTS contained in the module through the pipeline and spray nozzles into the protected room.

- Helium leak detector leak testing
- Control of thickness and quality of paint coating
- Compliance with passport values

The MPH modules are certified according to TR EAEU 043/2017 and are approved for circulation in the territory of the EAEU free trade zone – Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Vietnam, Iran, Singapore, Serbia (Egypt, Israel, India, China, Mongolia, Thailand, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Cuba are under negotiations).
The MPH modules are certified for seismic resistance of 9 points on the MSK-64 scale and also have a certificate for explosion-proof design (Ex).
