Centrifugal Separation Modules for oil sludge and Industrial Wastewater of the MC series

The MC series units are modular complexes mounted on an open frame or standard sea containers, allowing for autonomous operation and mobile transportation to the site of the required set of works. Depending on the configuration, they can perform the following types of separation: separation of solid phase from liquid (sediment thickening), rough separation of liquids with separation of the solid phase, fine separation for final cleaning of separated water, hydrocarbons or other liquids. Decanter centrifuges and disc separators from leading European manufacturers are used as separation equipment. The composition, functionality and characteristics of the separation modules are always selected individually, in accordance with the Technical Assignment and in accordance with the parameters of the input materials and the required output indicators. The minimum configuration that can be supplied within the MC module is: decanter centrifuge or centrifugal separator, feed screw pump, screw conveyor or screw-screw pump for collecting the separated solid phase, pipelines, shut-off valves and automation. The maximum configuration is unlimited. MC modules are available in both general industrial and explosion-proof versions in accordance with Russian (B-1) and international standards (Zone I, Zone II). If necessary, MC modules can be additionally equipped with reagent feed units (flocculants, coagulants, demulsifiers - depending on the process requirements), raw material averaging and heating tank, nitrogen station, boiler room, tanks for purified products, etc.
