Wastewater reception. Wastewater from the sewage disposal truck enters the external inlet pipe of the unit. After the pressure damper, the wastewater enters the stone separator, where large debris is retained. The stone separator is periodically flushed with clean water. Then the wastewater is discharged into the dilution tank. If it is necessary to record the incoming wastewater, a flow meter is installed before dilution. The tank is equipped with a turbine electric mixer, which is switched on automatically when wastewater is received. Wastewater is diluted with clean water in a ratio of 1:1, and can be adjusted depending on the type of wastewater received and the degree of its contamination. Water for dilution comes from the pumping station from a tank to which water from the water supply is automatically added. If the station is located near a treatment facility, it is recommended to dilute with purified water. Mechanical cleaning. After dilution, the wastewater enters the screw screen, where smaller particles larger than 2-6 mm are captured (depending on the diameter of the screen holes). The collected waste is moved to the squeezing zone by means of a screw. If necessary, the waste is disinfected before squeezing by feeding a disinfectant chemical (biocide). The biocide is fed by a dosing pump from a special container equipped with an electric mixer. After squeezing, the waste is dumped into a container and periodically taken away for disposal. After mechanical cleaning, the waste is discharged by gravity into a sewer collector or into a pumping station for feeding to treatment facilities.
