Sewage Pumping Station

The Borodino-Yug company offers a sewage pumping station (SPS) of its own production. The SPS is a cylindrical body made of thick-walled polyethylene, equipped with basic and additional equipment: usually two or three submersible pumps, the necessary shut-off and control valves, a reliable control system, a platform for technical maintenance and a ventilation system. The sewage pumping station is equipped in full compliance with the customer's requirements, supplied assembled and ready for installation. Our SPS operates fully automatically. The capacity and performance of the pumping station depends on: the volume of pumped wastewater; lifting height; the length of the pressure manifold. The pumping station can be equipped with various pumps depending on the purpose and requirements of the Customer. The Borodino-Yug company recommends installing Grundfos pumps (Denmark) for its SPS, but it is possible to equip it with pumps from other manufacturers at the customer's request (ABS, Flygt, Wilo, KSB, etc.). There are several layout schemes for pumps in a sewage pumping station: single-row arrangement with parallel axes; single-row arrangement with axes on the same line; double-row arrangement with parallel axes in each individual row; double-row arrangement with axes on the same line for each individual row. The choice of equipment layout scheme should be made taking into account specific design conditions, the number and size of units, the depth of the pumping station in the ground and the methods of performing work. The selected scheme should allow achieving the minimum dimensions of the building for the pumping station, the most convenient conditions for the installation and dismantling of pumping units, and ease of operation of all equipment. The reliability of the pumping station can be increased by installing pumps under the bay in conditions of the lowest water level in the reservoir or pond. The selection and cost of a sewage pumping station (SPS) from Borodino-Yug LLC is determined by: the depth of the inlet manifold; the volume of wastewater entering the pumping station; the type of pumped liquid; hydrogeological conditions of construction; the type of pumping units installed and the method of their control.
