Complete transformer substations in block-modular design, manufactured by JSC Progress, Protvino (KTP BMP), unsealed, in insulated shells using sandwich panels, with a rated power transformer from 400 to 1600 kVA. KTP are designed to receive, convert and distribute electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with an industrial frequency of 50 Hz and are used in power supply systems of power plants, including nuclear power plants, as well as in industrial enterprise networks. Depending on the design solutions, the product is formed from one or more transport modules joined together, forming the overall dimensions of the building structure. According to the project, the product can be equipped with the following engineering systems: automatic ventilation, heating, air conditioning, fire alarm, fire warning system, integrated system for collecting alarm and information signals from the KTP for subsequent transmission to the facility's automated process control system using wired communications according to the IEC 61850 protocol and GSM channels. The design of the modular KTP building assumes multiple disassembly and assembly, which ensures control assembly at the manufacturing plant, delivery to the facility by transport modules in maximum factory readiness, significantly reducing construction, installation and commissioning work, as well as the ability to move the KTP if necessary during operation.
