Wall-mounted cabinets of the Lite series (TWI) are a rational solution for placing small volumes of telecommunications equipment inside residential, office and industrial premises. Wall-mounted cabinets are used where the use of floor-standing cabinets is impractical. For example, when the area of the room is limited or when organizing a LAN with a small number of workplaces. The peculiarity of wall-mounted cabinets of the TWI series is: a reliable prefabricated structure for ease of transportation, the presence of removable side walls, doors with a large opening angle allow, if necessary, access to equipment from three sides. The prefabricated and disassembled design of the cabinet, consisting of a small set of structural elements, ensures a reliable design and ease of assembly. The cabinet is fastened to the wall through mounting holes in the rear wall of the cabinet. (Fasteners are not included in the delivery set). The cabinet door is equipped with a lock and can be made of perforated steel sheet or with an insert of impact-resistant, tinted glass. It is possible to hang the door on the right or left side. The door opening angle is 180 degrees. For additional convenience of installation and maintenance of the installed equipment, the design provides for easily removable side walls, which are fixed with locks in the closed position. For installation of 19" standard equipment, the cabinet is equipped with one pair of mounting guides complete with a unit sticker (a 600 mm deep cabinet is equipped with two pairs of mounting guides). The depth of equipment installation on the mounting guides inside the cabinet can be changed in 25 mm increments. The cabinet perforation provides good ventilation of the installed equipment. It is possible to install a fan unit in the roof and base of the cabinet; break-out plugs are provided for this purpose. Fan units with 1 fan are installed in a 350 mm deep cabinet, and fan units with 2 fans are installed in a 450 and 600 mm deep cabinet. There is one cable entry in the roof and base of the cabinet, they are made in the form of rectangular break-out plugs 270x56 mm. All conductive parts of the cabinet are grounded to each other. The anti-corrosion coating is made of impact-resistant powder paint. The cabinet is made in supporting structure system of the 482.6 mm series GOST 28601-90 (19-inch standard IEC 297). The maximum permissible distributed load on the TWI series cabinet is 40 kg. The degree of protection of the cabinet is IP 20. The cabinet is supplied unassembled, in one box.
