Plant of Details of Pipelines "Recom"

The RECOM pipeline parts plant was registered in 1992, today it is 6,000 m2 of production space in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg on the street. Professors Kachalova, 11. lit. "B" and a modern warehouse complex in the industrial zone "Peski" with an area of 4000 m2.

The production is equipped with a fleet of modern machine tools with numerical control of foreign production, high-performance machining centers, universal equipment and new lines for pulling bends. The structure of the production block includes blank production, a plasma cutting section, a section for the production of non-metallic seals, and a section for the production of bends.

The RECOM plant is a specialized machine-building enterprise that manufactures flange connections according to Russian and foreign standards, insulating flange connections (IFS), fasteners, metal and non-metal seals, pipeline fittings, pipeline fastening parts, fittings and non-standard equipment.

"RECOM" is a manufacturer of pipeline fittings: since 2012, the production of steel wedge gate valves, butterfly valves has been established. The RECOM plant is the official dealer of OOO Ural Pipeline Valve Plant (all-welded ball valves), OOO GZ ELECTROPRIVOD (electric actuators). Pumping and reservoir equipment is supplied.

The RECOM plant is an enterprise capable of solving complex engineering problems and carrying out complex deliveries to construction and reconstruction facilities.

One of the achievements of the plant is to ensure a high level of product quality: the ISO 9001-2015 quality management system has been introduced and is successfully undergoing periodic audit, the necessary permits for products have been obtained: Permission from the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, Permit from Promatomnadzor of the Republic of Belarus, License for the right to manufacture equipment for nuclear power plants of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service, Type approval certificate of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. In 2014, the enterprise was included in the register of suppliers of pipe products for the facilities of PJSC Gazprom, the plant was accredited as a supplier of PJSC NK Rosneft. In 2014, the central plant laboratory was modernized at the RECOM Plant, equipped with modern samples of testing equipment.
