PRO MIG-500P is a reliable and multifunctional industrial semiautomatic welding machine designed for gas-shielded welding with solid and flux-cored wire (MIG/MAG) and manual arc welding (MMA). It works in tandem with a 4-roll feeder, providing continuous feed of welding wire with a cross-section of 0.8 to 1.6 mm. The device is equipped with a transport trolley with a platform for a gas cylinder, which allows you to easily move it around the production site. The inverter has a large number of preset programs designed for different types of wire, shielding gas and welded metal. It has the ability to save and load manually set parameters. Pulse and double pulse functions, 2T/4T modes with and without pulse buildup provide high productivity in forming short and long welds when working with various types of metals. Smooth adjustment of the main parameters and a wide range of choice of welding wire diameters make the device universal for use in various industries.
