Description:
Built and put into operation (obtained a license) own refinery with a capacity of 250 tons per day. In 2014, modernization was carried out: the productivity of 1000 tons per day for raw materials was increased, a vacuum column was installed, and RAU200 (installation for deep purification of petroleum products) was put into operation.
The plant uses a system of alarms and interlocks, which makes it possible to conduct the technological process of production (starting and stopping) in an accident-free mode. The plant is designed taking into account all applicable regulatory documents, which simplifies the resolution of issues related to obtaining a construction permit and commissioning. Our specialists have developed software control, which reduces the number of personnel in the maintenance of the installation.
Installation is simple, reliable, durable. Used carbon, boiler steel. KiPA - Russian and European production. The service life of the equipment is at least 10 years.
