Secondary Drilling in oil and gas wells
(Service)
Description:
The main purpose of perforation is the creation of channels in the casing (one or more), cement stone and a section of rock contaminated with particles of drilling mud during drilling, in order to ensure hydrodynamic communication of the reservoir with the well. Secondary drilling is one of the most important operations affecting the further efficient operation of oil and gas wells. A significant part of the work on the secondary opening of oil and gas strata is currently carried out using cumulative perforation. Cumulative, drilling or hydromechanical perforations can be used depending on the task, as well as the well conditions and the characteristics of the reservoir.
