Management services for an integrated well construction project include the preparation of contracts and all necessary permits, the evaluation and selection of contractors, their management during the project, the development and implementation of a comprehensive work program, the supply of equipment and materials, logistics and other services upon request of the Customer.

To control and systematize the data of technological processes during well construction, a licensed Bursoftproekt Information System for Well Construction Information System (ISSS) is used; a number of our specialists have been trained to work with the OpenWells software module (LandmarkSoftware).

Technological support by the organization of work in all areas necessary for the management and control of the well is provided from the office of the company in Perm by its own technological service, which consists of highly qualified specialists. The main task of the technological service is to check and coordinate programs for well construction, analyze the activities of Contractors with recommendations on optimizing costs, reducing risks, reducing timelines and increasing the efficiency of well construction.
