Drilling fluids

The department’s engineering service has extensive experience in drilling mud support during well construction in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. There is experience in drilling wells with two horizontal endings.

In a separate unit in the city of Nefteyugansk there is a stationary laboratory for drilling drilling fluids. The department collaborates with the research laboratory of chemical reagents for drilling and well repair of the Department of Chemical Technology for the Oil and Gas Industry of the Russian State University named after THEM. Gubkin, who has accreditation in the TEKCERT system.

The laboratory is developing new formulations of drilling drilling fluids (small-component barite-free heavy fluids, aerated crosslinked polymer systems, CBR, etc.), finalizing existing ones, and exploring the range of new chemical products. reagents and additives for drilling fluids, as well as the development of their own.

The Drilling Fluids Department of ICD Drilling LLC has FANN field laboratories (parameters are measured according to the API and GOST standards), as well as fully equipped wagon-houses for the engineers of the company to work in the fields.

The production bases of ICD Drilling LLC are located in the cities of Nefteyugansk, Nizhnevartovsk and Gubkinsky.
