Unit for repair and Drilling of wells A 60/80

Performs the following operations:

• descent and rise of tubing, drill pipe, flushing wells;
• repair and emergency response work, drilling cement plugs in 5-6 "pipes;
• installation of production equipment at the wellhead;
• conducting drilling operations.

The difference from the base model (A50M unit) is compliance with the "safety rules in the oil and gas industry PB 08-624-03".

As well as the use of new technical solutions:

• the installation is equipped with four hydraulic support jacks with mechanical locks, front and rear foundation beams;
• pneumatic tire couplings were replaced with pneumatic friction diaphragm type with low air flow, not requiring the use of an additional compressor;
• a load limiter is installed in the transmission of the installation (limit torque coupling);
• the front mast support is excluded, the mast guy is reinstalled on the support located behind the cab, which improved the visibility of the driver;
• mast lift control is performed remotely;
• on the lower section of the mast can be installed a balcony of the riding worker, which is equipped with an emergency evacuation device;
• the mast of the installation is equipped with a sound and visual signaling of landing of the upper section;
• the tackle block is replaced by a universal hook block;
• the unit is equipped with a spark arrester, a rectifier for recharging batteries,
• as part of the transmission, an oil bath is used for a two-row chain transmission of the winch drive.

Difference from the UPA-60A installation:

• has a higher load capacity: the maximum load on the hook is 800 kN (tf). Achieved improved design of the following units:
• reinforced mast design, power frame, winch frame;
• The winch brake system has been redesigned to ensure the greatest braking performance;
• the hook block is replaced by a reinforced tackle block. Most fully meets the requirements of cattle brigades during complex repair work.
