Cumulative charge ZPK 50-AT-M
Developed and patented its own technology for the manufacture of cumulative charges with low explosiveness, which can significantly increase the efficiency of the explosive used, and launched in a series of cumulative charges with deep penetration into the reservoir.
For the manufacture of charges of type GP, the explosive Composite-P is used, developed by the Scientific Design Center of JSC BVT. The use of this homogeneous, well-flowing substance ensures a uniformly compressed charge over the entire body of the product, which significantly increases the stability of the results of the short circuit.
To carry out Hydraulic Fracturing (Fracturing), in order to increase oil recovery, a number of charges with a large inlet diameter have been developed that are not inferior in technical characteristics to the best foreign analogues.
In the production of rheological and mechanical properties of explosives (compressibility, bulk density, etc.) are determined before filling the cumulative charge with explosive (BB). The technique developed in BVT for determining bulk density by indirect indicators makes it possible to use explosives with optimal technical characteristics for each type of charge. The line for the manufacture of cumulative charges is certified, there is a corresponding patent. It is possible to manufacture charges using both the RDX product (heat resistance 150 0 С) and HMX (heat resistance 200 0 С for 1 hour).
