Chisels PDC
Production of bit bodies is carried out at the five-axis milling and turning-milling machining centers of the latest generation of one of the leaders in Japanese engineering - Mazak. These centers provide the highest productivity and accuracy in the manufacture of complex blade structures.
The manufacture of threads on bit bodies is carried out in cooperation with Schoeller-Bleckmann Darron Russia and the Perm Oil Engineering Company in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008, API Spec Q1 and API Spec 7-1.
Superhard composite materials are surfaced according to the technology and under the control of Technogenia SA using diamond tools manufactured by Element Six and Sandvik Hyperion, as well as superhard composite materials Technogenia and Castolin Eutectic.
Permneftemashremont JSC only cooperates with the world's leading manufacturers of PDC cutters and superhard composite materials used for reinforcing bits and burgolas. This allows you to guarantee high wear resistance of the bits and a significant increase in indicators such as mechanical speed, sinking for chiselling and sinking on the bit.
Four-blade chisels
These bits are designed for drilling soft-medium formations of II-V hardness categories.
Features:
- Due to the use of maximum diameter cutters and their aggressive placement, drilling is carried out with high mechanical speeds,
- The optimally designed inter-blade space eliminates the possibility of stagnant zones and allows you to cope with a large amount of sludge,
- The direction of the hydraulic nozzles is selected taking into account the optimal ratio to the volume of cuttings,
- Despite the small number of blades in the structure, it was possible to maintain controllability without losing mechanical speed, which is especially important when drilling directional wells.
Six-bladed chisels
These bits are intended for drilling medium with hard rock interlayers of IV-VI hardness categories.
Features:
- Optimally selected cutting angles and a denser overlap of the cutters provide a high drilling speed in medium and hard rocks and high bit resistance,
- Equipping the bits with stabilization inserts contributes to a smoother cutting mode, limiting axial and radial vibrations,
- Six-bladed bits are characterized by exceptional controllability, which ensures high accuracy of the wellbore wiring in accordance with a given trajectory.
OTV Series Chisels with Extra Flushing Holes
This series of bits is specially designed for drilling hard rocks of IV-VII hardness categories.
Features:
- In the manufacture of these bits, cutters of maximum impact and abrasion resistance are used,
- The body of the bit is equipped with additional flushing holes that deliver flushing fluid directly to the cutting zone for the most efficient cooling of the cutters and their protection against overheating and premature failure during drilling of hard rocks,
- Active protection of the calibrating part makes it possible to drill significant intervals of hard rocks without loss of diameter
- A set of design and technological solutions implemented in these bits allows you to provide maximum performance, penetration and controllability in both vertical and directional wells.
