Surfacing Reinforcing belts

Reinforcing belts are fused to reduce mechanical damage and prevent wear of the outer diameter of the locks. The operation is performed in a shielding gas environment using materials from Postle and Castolin. The applied wire materials for surfacing are certified according to the NS-1 standard. The thickness of the deposited layer is uniform and is 2.4–3.2 mm. The hardness of the deposited layer is 58–62 HRC. The effectiveness of the materials used is confirmed by research.
