Liftlok™
Balltec’s LiftLOK™ tools provide a simple, robust, high capacity method for lifting and handling heavy loads. Using the tried and trusted ball and taper gripping mechanism, the LiftLOK™ requires minimum ROV intervention and is ideally suited for the deployment and retrieval of equipment using standard pipe as the connection interface.

Mating Connection: Any existing tubular sections, free issue drawings for matching receptacle fabrication or supplied complete
SWL: No limit. Current designs range from 10 kN (2 kips) – 30,000 kN (6,744 kips)
Maximum Depth: No depth limit
Interface: Interchangeable adaptors available to suit all types of lifting equipment
Customisable Features: ROV interface, remote connection and release, acoustic release, integrated cameras and data acquisition instrumentation. Project specific features can be incorporated upon request
Operations: Diverless, rapid subsea insertion, default locked state with high mechanical pre-load, simple operation allowing multiple subsea connections and disconnections, lighter and more compact design than all comparable products without compromising the robustness or strength
Failsafe: LiftLOK™ tools can only be released under zero-load condition, ensuring no risk of accidental disconnection
