ABOUT THE COMPANY

The commercial transport plant "RusKomTrans", whose production sites are located in the cities of Dzerzhinsk and Balakhna in the Nizhny Novgorod region, is a manufacturer of a wide range of special equipment: aerial work platforms, crane manipulators, tank equipment, mobile workshops, laboratories and special-purpose vehicles.

COMPANY HISTORY

The RusKomTrans commercial transport plant was created on the basis of the Balakhna Mechanical Plant, which was founded in 1934. The plant produced various metal products, mechanisms and tools, spare parts for cars. During the Great Patriotic War, the plant carried out defense orders for the needs of the Soviet army. In the post-war years, the plant produced municipal equipment: garbage trucks ASKB, ASKZ, cylinder trucks, various containers.

In the 2000s, the plant specialized in the conversion of all-metal vans, mobile auto repair shops and laboratories. In 2005, the plant's management changed and the plant was reconstructed: new production areas were built, the management building was renovated and the range of products was changed.

The plant began to specialize in the production of vans for various purposes, acquiring the name Commercial Transport Plant "RusKomTrans". In mid-2007, "RusKomTrans" received the status of an exclusive distributor in the territory of the Russian Federation of two major international brands CTE and EFFER and began to produce truck-mounted hydraulic lifts and crane-manipulators. In 2011, "RusKomTrans" was recognized as the best dealer of CTE. At the moment, there are two plants for the production of special equipment located in the cities of Balakhna and Dzerzhinsk in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The company employs over 250 people. This includes management, commercial department, engineering and technical staff, and production employees. Specialists from the new development bureau improve the manufactured products taking into account new trends, using various technical innovative developments. Workers undergo advanced training without interrupting their work.

The company has its own large design and technological base, which allows it to develop high-quality and timely documentation necessary for the manufacture of products that meet the requirements of Russian standards and safety regulations.
