Public Joint Stock Company “Khadyzhensk Machine-Building Plant” has been continuously operating since 1945. The plant specializes in the production of high-tech equipment for drilling deep horizontal and directional wells, as well as a tool used to eliminate accidents and overhaul wells.

Our own design bureau and a powerful production base allows us to produce complete large-block systems for the preparation and treatment of drilling mud, up to 8,000 cubic meters. with test assembly of any kit directly in the shops of the plant. Open test sites of production, however, allow the assembly of manufactured drilling rigs and bases.

The current quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 and the GOST R ISO 9001-2008 methodology allow continuous improvement of production processes and logistics, and the guarantee of product quality is its multi-stage control by OTK specialists using modern diagnostic methods, including research in our own laboratory all stages of production from procurement to finished products. Specialists of the enterprise have developed and manufactured unique bench equipment for hydraulic and mechanical tests for product compliance with the parameters laid down in the technical conditions.

Thanks to a team of highly qualified specialists, the company is able to solve problems of any complexity posed by the customer.

The result of our efforts is a high appreciation of the products of PJSC Khadyzhensk Machine-Building Plant in: Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Ukraine, India, Vietnam, Iran and Iraq.

The industrial complex of the plant includes - an administrative building with an area of 500 m2, industrial premises with a total area of more than 23 thousand m2, as well as a warehouse area of 3 thousand m2. All rooms are equipped with the necessary communications and lifting equipment.

The machine park of the enterprise provides the possibility of manufacturing any standard sizes of casing rigs used during their descent and cementing. In the technological process, equipment equipped with numerical control has been widely used.
