The "GMC Pride" Modular Pipelay Barge is a joint showcase project executed by Protea and GMC Limited. Drawing on its twenty-one years’ of pipelay experience, GMC engineered and delivered a sophisticated modular pipelay barge, while incorporating Protea’s state of the art deck machinery.
The handling package on the barge consists of:
- Proteus® 20mT RAM Luffing Offshore Pedestal Cranes
- 70mT Offshore Mooring Winches
- Rollers system
- Stinger
