Engineering AND Geodesic Research
The composition of engineering and geodetic surveys for construction includes:
- collection and processing of engineering survey materials of past years;
- reconnaissance survey of the territory;
- creation (development) of reference geodetic networks;
- creation of high-altitude survey geodetic networks;
- preliminary selection of competitive route options for the construction of linear structures;
- topographic survey, including surveys of elevated structures;
- updating of topographic (engineering and topographic) and plans in graphic and digital forms.
As a result of the performed geodetic works, a technical report is generated containing the diagrams of the plan-high-altitude geodetic networks, materials of field measurements, leveling and accuracy estimates, catalogs of coordinates and heights in the required coordinate systems, topographic plan (geopodos).
Topographic survey of areal and linear objects is carried out by specialists using modern electronic total stations Leica, Nikon, Trimble, satellite GPS equipment Trimble with the ability to work in RTK mode.
The search for underground utilities is performed using a highly sensitive locator. Having the most modern equipment and advanced technologies, we offer our customers the widest selection of services and the entire range of engineering surveys.
For fast and high-quality implementation of complex engineering surveys, Geotransengineering LLC has developed a clear and clear policy for carrying out work, the observance of which allows the company to carry out engineering surveys with high quality and without significant comments from customers, the main directions of this policy are as follows:
- Engineering surveys are carried out by high-class professionals with special engineering education and experience in the field of engineering surveys for various purposes.
- Using our own fleet of equipment with a wide range of technical capabilities
- Equipped with modern electronic geodetic instruments and a hardware-software GPS complex that allows you to accurately determine the coordinates of any point on the ground.
Survey work goes through several stages. At the first stage, the scope of work, the time of their implementation are agreed with the customer. A data packet is collected for the study area. The second stage is “field”, it conducts geodetic work. It is also the most important, since the outcome of the third stage, the cameral (processing of the received data), will largely depend on the quality of the information received.
The volume and nature of work in the field of geodesy are determined by the technical task of the customer, the work program, and also the feature of the object of study. The object of geodesy is the relief, the terrain of the studied object. Surveying works include topographic surveys and engineering topographic plans.
The results of geodesy, engineering surveys in general are used in land management. This is an extremely important set of documents, which is the basis for various kinds of legal relations. A cadastral plan is drawn up for land plots, the accuracy and correctness of which is determined, in particular, by the quality of engineering surveys.
