Submersible Electric Centrifugal Pumps

The electric centrifugal pump for oil production is a multi-stage and generally multi-sectional design. The module section of the pump consists of a housing, a shaft, a package of steps (impellers and guide vanes), upper and lower radial bearings, axial bearings, heads, bases. A package of steps with a shaft, radial bearings and axial bearings are placed in the housing and clamped by end parts. Pump designs differ in materials of working bodies, body parts, friction pairs, design and number of radial bearings.
