The cleaning system for the KERBER petroleum products storage tanks was designed on the basis of the UOG-15® series of oil sludge processing systems manufactured by Decanter NPO specialists since 2008.

概观:

The installation has a fully mobile design, fits in two 40 ft HC containers and is designed to remove bottom sediments in tanks with a volume of up to 100,000 cubic meters, followed by washing the tank.

The separated bottom sediment is subjected to maximum separation - at the first stage, the solids are separated, then the water and the hydrocarbon phase are separated. For the installation to work, a supply of electricity and hot water or steam from the boiler room is required. If necessary, the installation can be additionally provided with a generator set and a mobile boiler room.
