LAUDA Integral IN 2040 XTW

The LAUDA Integral IN 2040 XTW is a high-performance process thermostat with an integrated cooling system for dynamic temperature control within external circuits. The device features a modern TFT display for direct operation and optionally can be operated via an intuitive touch display with extended functions. The thermostat incorporates the SmartCool system for energy-saving digital cooling control with a speed-controlled compressor. Key safety features include a quick-stop function via black push-button and connection contacts for remote release, low-level protection, and adjustable overtemperature protection with acoustic alarm. The unit is equipped with USB and Ethernet interfaces as standard, with options for up to two additional interfaces (RS 232/485, Profibus, analogue, contact or EtherCAT module). The Variopump provides 8 selectable output levels or control of outflow pressure. The device uses natural refrigerant CO2. The Integral IN 2040 XTW includes an integrated web server for browser-based operation in local area networks via PC, tablet, or smartphone with secure data transfer through authentication and encryption.
