The LAUDA Universa U 4230 M is a cooling thermostat equipped with a bath cover and pump connections as standard. The device features a drain valve on the front behind the ventilation grid for safe temperature control fluid changes. Advanced electronics ensure precise control accuracy. The dedicated Tmax button provides convenient access to the essential overtemperature protection setting during commissioning. Highly efficient refrigeration technology combines a speed-controlled inverter compressor and capacity control via electronic expansion valves and speed-controlled fans. This results in improved energy efficiency, reduced operating costs, increased service life, dynamic approach to set temperature, and quieter operation. The unit features extensive functionality with programmer, safe mode, calibration options, controller self-adaptation, and weekly planner. Integrated WLAN enables effortless connection with PC, tablet, and smartphone. The interchangeable control head and heating/cooling base allows flexible adaptation to current and future requirements. The Varioflex pump offers eight selectable performance levels with adjustable flow rate distribution for internal/external circulation. The device uses natural refrigerants and includes an integrated web server for remote control and monitoring secured by PKI and 2-factor authentication.
