Level Drilling

Production wells are laid in a fully explored and prepared for development field.

Carrying out these wells consists of the following main operations:

• deepening of wells through the destruction of rocks with a drilling tool;
• removal of cuttings from the well;
• fastening the wellbore in the process of its deepening by casing strings;
• carrying out a complex of geological and geophysical work to study rocks and identify productive horizons;
• descent to the design depth and cementing of the last (operational) column.

All these stages of the technological process are carried out in JSC “SNPKh” by highly qualified personnel, whose experience today is measured by more than ten thousand drilled meters.
An integrated approach to solving problems of various degrees of complexity during well construction at all stages of the technological process allows maintaining a high pace of work. Effective interaction between all company structures also makes it possible to significantly reduce the time spent on drilling.

Currently, our company has 16 machines for performing echelon drilling services:

• 13 Drilling rigs of type BU 5000/320 EK-BMCh;
• 3 320t echelon type drilling rigs / ClusterSliderHR 5000.

Each echelon machine is equipped with a Bentec TD-350-HT Top Drive System.

The geographic network of Samotlorneftepromkhim JSC's work on these drilling rigs is wide and spreads to the fields of the following companies: RN-Yugansneftegaz LLC, Samotlorneftegaz OJSC, and RN-UVATneftegaz OJSC.
