• Installation of cement bridges;
• Carrying out operations with a coiled tubing installation;
• Injection of process fluids under pressure;
• Operations for hydraulic testing of casing strings;
• The provision of services involving special equipment.

Specialists of Center for Well Cementing LLC carry out computer modeling and hydrodynamic calculation of well cementing

The cementing process data is recorded by cementing control stations (RCC).

Selection of formulations and quality control of grouting mortars is carried out using equipment from Chandler engineering (USA).

When cementing wells, special grouting equipment and equipment are used:
cementing units of various modifications,

• mobile manifold blocks,
• US6-30 mixing plants (USU6-30),
• cement trucks and mobile cement warehouses,
• well cementing complexes КЦС-40,
• installation for repair and insulation works URIR-40M,
• cementing complexes with pneumatic cement feed,
• plants for the preparation of cement mortar ACSr III 180.

In addition, Well Cementing Center LLC provides services using the following special equipment:

• steam-mobile installations ППУА-1800/100,
• coiled tubing installation with a loading capacity of up to 20 tons (MK20T),
• nitrogen-compressor and compressor units (PKSA-9/200, SD-9/101, SDA-5/220, UNG20 / 25 (A)).

The preparation of grouting compositions is carried out by the company's mobile plants: at the base in Novy Urengoy, as well as at the Zapolyarny and Bovanenkovskoye oil and gas condensate fields.
