Hydraulic Plate Preventors (PPG)

Design features of ram preventers:

Dual preventers with a nominal bore of more than 280 mm are assembled from two single preventers without the use of an inter-preventor coil. Cases are made of alloyed high-strength heat-strengthened steel;

• operating temperatures of sealants from a special polymer composition from plus 130 ° С to minus 50 ° С (when using non-freezing drilling fluids);
• durability and maintainability in the field due to the use of high-strength replaceable support-sealing elements (seats) in the case;
• dies can be closed manually in the absence of control pressure;
• the ability to transfer to fully manual control;
• change of dies without dismantling the structural elements of the preventer and hydraulic lines;
• built-in heating chamber. Heat carrier - steam or hot oil from a hydraulic control station with a heating module.
• Additionally, a set of replacement parts (dies and seals can be supplied - see the spare parts catalog for a list), manual (remote) drive for fixing dies, flange coils and crosses.
