The stationary monitoring system for potentially hazardous sections of pipelines based on intelligent inserts (SM IW), created by Gazprom orgenergogaz on the technical specifications of PJSC Gazprom, is produced in the Russian Federation from domestic components, runs on its own software, is the intellectual property of AO Gazprom orgenergogaz is not subject to external economic sanctions.
概观:

SM IW - this is the only existing system that allows you to control and take into account "building loads", because it crashes into a pipeline with known “zero” sensor readings. Installation of other monitoring systems is carried out after the pipeline’s “overwhelming”, therefore the value of the “construction” VAT is not taken into account. (Practice shows that when laying a pipeline, VAT can reach 25% of the maximum permissible value).

PURPOSE:

The system is designed for continuous monitoring of VAT of pipeline structures due to:

  • real-time measurements of deformations arising in the calculated sections of potentially dangerous sections of the linear part of the main gas pipelines
  • measuring the magnitude of the deformation of the elements of the piping piping KS, GDS, etc.
  • calculation of levels of mechanical stress and control over their excess of permissible values.

CONTROLLED PARAMETERS:

  • Static mechanical deformation and displacement of pipeline structures
  • Dynamic loads in pipelines
  • Construction surface temperature
  • Related parameters (potential of electrochemical protection, transit current of cathodic protection, condition of the plates of the corrosion rate sensor, etc.)

  • Mini control points receiving signals from intelligent inserts and sensors of any type (including those with fiber-optic outputs)
  • Monitoring system server that processes, stores and transfers information to the telemechanics system
