UKSH-55 Automated system for Ultrasonic Inspection of ring welded pipe joints 36mm
UKSH-55 consists of a bed, a pipe rotation device, two immersion bathtubs, a control and measurement rack, a mechanics control panel, an operator panel and a hydraulic station.
The item under control is a 36x5 pipe, at the ends of which there are welded joints to be controlled.
Immersion baths are designed to provide acoustic contact between the probe and the controlled product. Each immersion bath has three probes - two for control and one for positioning, which allows full control of the seam body.
The control and measurement rack includes an uninterruptible power supply, a control computer and a multichannel flaw detector UMD-8.
