CESHL ring blank

Specifications TU 4110-001-80993860-2007 apply to blanks for fittings (flanges, transitions, tees) made by the CESHL method from carbon and alloy steels. Billets made in accordance with TU 4110-001-80993860-2007 can be used instead of products made from plate products according to GOST 7350 from the conclusion of OAO NIIKHIMMASH

This technology allows you to get a workpiece:

• in properties (chemical, mechanical, structural) not inferior to forgings to the IV control group according to GOST 8479 and 25054;

• repeating the contour of the part with a machining allowance of 5 to 7 mm.

According to customer requirements, we carry out additional control of the workpieces:

• X-ray inspection,

• ultrasonic flaw detection,

• resistance to MKK,

• metallography.

The applicable grades of steel are 20 , 45, 40X, 09G2S , 15X5M , 08X18H10T , 12X18H10T, 10X17H13M2T .
