Doloto 273 TKZ-PV

The cone bit 273 V-ACLS63Y-R1307 (old designation 273 TKZ-PV) is intended for drilling hard abrasive rocks with strong interlayers. Face cleaning: central purge (P).

Design features:

Bit body - sectional, welded.

The cone bearings are made according to the following scheme: roller - ball (lock) - thrust end sliding bearing - roller - end thrust sliding bearing.

Self-cleaning cones are equipped with carbide teeth of the “K” shape, the bore-forming part of the cones and the back of the paws are reinforced with carbide teeth of the “G54” shape to protect against abrasive wear. The back of the paws is additionally, along the oncoming face and the visor, fused with the hard alloy “relit”.

To clean the bottom of the cuttings, the bit body has a unified central nozzle with an upper threaded end, which allows the use of a sludge protection valve or other technological elements that increase the life of the drilling tool under various operating conditions.

A system of channels for supplying air to the cone cavity is provided for cleaning and cooling the support in the paws.

Distinctive features of the bit:

• the end thrust sliding bearing is formed by a thrust bearing pressed into the roller cone and a carbide heel pressed into the paw. This bearing allows you to increase the life of the support by 10-20%.
• carbide teeth are arranged on cones according to a progressive pattern.

The working part of the teeth has a significant overhang, which provides a high mechanical drilling speed.
