The PMK-Progress factory specializes in the production of heat-resistant and heat-resistant castings. Since 2011, the plant has been supplying equipment for all types of heat treatment to enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. Casting of products is carried out according to drawings and sketches of the customer. If necessary, it is possible to develop drawings for the finished product. At the request of the customer, we carry out subsequent machining of castings.

For the manufacture of castings, several metal casting technologies are used:

Cold hardening casting (CTS)
Sand and clay casting (cast in the ground)
Lost wax casting (LVM)
Method of casting on gasified models (LGM)

The capacities of the model shop, in which polystyrene foam models are made, allow producing models for serial , small-scale and piece production of castings weighing from 0.5 kg to 600 kg . The minimum overall dimensions are 100 * 80 * 50 mm , the maximum are 1500 * 1700 * 1200 mm .

Products are manufactured in strict compliance with GOST standards and meet the technical requirements of the drawing. All products pass the input laboratory control of the chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties.

- ЧХ16 , ЧХ16M2 , ЧХ28 , ЧХ32 .

It is possible to use steels and alloys with a different chemical composition, according to customer specifications.
