Sealed check valves (A-OKG)

The valves are used as part of gas fire extinguishing installations for general civil and industrial purposes for fire protection of premises and technological equipment, including at the facilities of the Ministry of Defense and on sea vessels under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS).

The valve consists of: a body, inlet and outlet fittings, a flap assembly and o-rings installed between the body and the fittings. Valves can be located both in vertical and in horizontal position. An arrow located on the valve body indicates the direction of flow of the GOTV.

Depending on the maximum working pressure Рр, the valves are divided into:

• at Рр = 6.37 MPa - execution 65;
• at Рр = 14.7 MPa - execution 150;
• at Рр = 19.6 MPa - execution 200.

The valves correspond to the climatic modification of the UHL location category 2 according to GOST 15150 in the range of ambient temperatures during operation from minus 40C to plus 55 C.

For marine vessels, floating drilling rigs and offshore fixed platforms monitored by RS, the valves comply with the requirements of the Rules for the Classification and Construction of Marine Ships, the Rules for Technical Supervision of the Construction of Ships and the Manufacture of Materials and Products for Ships, and the International Code for Systems fire safety (IMO Resolution MSC.98 (73) and MSC.206 (81)) ”and the Technical Regulation on the Safety of Sea Transport Facilities.

The valves produce eight sizes with nominal diameters of DN 16, DN 20, DN 25, DN 32, DN 40, DN 50, DN 65 and DN 80. INTERPRETATION: sealed check valve with nominal bore DN = 25 mm, for maximum working pressure 19.6 MPa. A-OKG-40-150M TU 4854-007-33075088-02. INTERPRETATION: sealed check valve with nominal pass DN = 40mm, for a maximum working pressure of 14.7 MPa (marine version). A- OKG-80-65P TU 4854-007-33075088-02. INTERPRETING: leakproof check valve with nominal pass DN = 80mm, for maximum working pressure 6.37 MPa (version for welding).
